- All orders have to be returned within 30 days, after receiving your order. The return window for orders placed on sale items is 14 days.
- Damaged and/or worn items do not qualify for exchange or refund. We do not accept returns and exchanges when items show any marks of use, when trying on items please be aware of this.
Due to hygiene reasons, socks do not qualify for exchange or refund if the packaging seal has been broken.
- Shoes: All returns and exchanges must be shipped in the original shoe box.
- Clothing: All returns and exchanges must be shipped in the original polybag and still have all original labels attached.
- Please note that when returning sale items, these do not qualify for free returns.
- Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
- A refund will be issued within 5 business days after the return has been processed. Please note that depending on the payment method used, it may take longer for the refund to be visible.
- Include the original packing list in the package when returning or exchanging items.
- We only provide exchanges if the requested product is still in stock by the time we receive your return. If not, your order will be refunded.
- Shipping and/or billing address cannot be changed when an exchange is requested.
