Is your order not 100% satisfactory? It is no problem at all to return one or more articles. As a consumer you have a 14 days reflection period on every purchase of a Foodies in Heels product (gift cards are excluded). The 14-day cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you or, for example, your housemates receive the article.

After you have registered the articles you wish to return via our returns portal, you will receive a returns form and shipping label by e-mail from Foodies in Heels. Put the items to be returned in a shipping box, insert the return form in the shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box. You can now have the shipping box returned to Foodies in Heels by Post NL or another carrier.
