We are also expanding product information, so that you can make the right choice and thus have fewer returns. We still have a long way to go, but every step counts!
How can you help us fight climate change?
- Send all returns in one package;
- Send the item back exactly how you received it. This way we can resell it;
- Pack the product well for the return journey. This reduces the chance of damage;
- Indicate the reason for the return on the return form. We use this information to improve product information.
