Important steps before you start returning:

1. Try on or view the product as soon as possible after receipt and leave the packaging intact and the labels attached to the product as much as possible. Please note that the return shipment will not be accepted in the event of damage to the product or horse hair/dirt on or on the product. So make sure that the product remains clean when trying on. This certainly applies to products such as white riding breeches. Check your product yourself for stains before you return it to avoid disappointment.

2. Pack the product well and add the return form, the return shipment cannot be processed without a return form. It is then impossible for us to find out who the package comes from. If you want to send the product in a used box, please remove old barcodes.

3. Create your label with the carrier of your choice and return the package to us. Save the shipping receipt.

4. You are at all times responsible for the return shipment. This portal makes returns easier, but does not take over the responsibility for the return shipment. You can choose to insure the package against damage/loss.

5. We do not accept returns on the following items:
* Worn / washed / damaged / dirty clothes and products
* Items where the labels have been removed
* Bits
* Embroidered Items
* Custom made items
* Items made according to your specification of the colors, the so-called custom made items
* Dietary Supplements
* Liquid care products
