The return period does not apply in the following cases:
Software, vinyl, CDs or DVDs of which you have broken the seal
Mouth masks and face masks
Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as but not limited to underwear.
Customized purchases or specially ordered products
Clothing that has been worn/used, of course you can try it on. By worn/used we mean the following: smells, stains or hair on the item or the item has been washed
Items that are damaged or incomplete
