It is of course always possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or has suffered damage during transport. At A2KOI you have up to 30 days after delivery the time to return the item. If your return meets the conditions (see below), you can then have the purchase amount refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Products should be returned undamaged and - as far as possible - in the original packaging. We therefore recommend always carefully opening the original packaging, so that you can use it to return the products.

How does returning work?
A2KOI is committed to providing you with the best possible service. Therefore, if you would like to return a product, please take the following steps:

  1. Fill in your order number and zip code in the form above. Then choose the product you wish to return.
  2. We will get to work for you immediately, within 1 business day you will receive all the instructions for your return.
  3. Deliver the package to the selected shipping option.
  4. You can check the status of your package by clicking on the link below.
  5. You can track your status of your return, we will keep you informed by mail.
  6. When we have received the return package in good order we will check and process it. Our goal is to do this within 5 working days.

  • During the cooling-off period (30 days after receipt of your product) you may use the product as you would in the store.
