Reason:

It is of course always possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or has suffered damage during transport. At A2KOI you have up to 30 days after delivery the time to return the item. If your return meets the conditions (see below), you can then have the purchase amount refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Checking
On receipt of your order, it is important that you check the order for any damage and completeness. If you discover anything, please let us know no later than 48 hours after receipt.

When you make an online purchase from A2, you have a 30 day window of opportunity after receiving the order.

Products should be returned undamaged and - as far as possible - in the original packaging. We therefore recommend always carefully opening the original packaging, so that you can use it to return the products.

When we have received the return package in good order we will check and process it. Our goal is to do this within 5 working days.

Terms of returning:
The article can be returned:

within 30 calendar days after delivery
if it is complete and undamaged
if it is unused and has not been assembled
in its original packaging, if reasonably possible
Products made especially for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal
In case of an exchange of an article, we ask you to return the product first before the new product is scheduled for shipment.
In case of a return of an article, we ask you to return the product first.
On products that are damaged, show signs of use or on which writing or tape has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
