I would like to return my order, how does that work?

Log in with your order number (eg EN12345) and the e-mail address you've used to place the order. Go through the steps of the return process and you will receive a free return label to download.

After receiving your return, we will process it within a maximum of 5 to 10 working days. The payment will be made immediately afterwards. We will refund you with the same payment method and via the same payment method in which you originally placed your order. How soon the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method. This can take another 3 to 5 working days.
