Conditions for exchange or return:

- The item has not been used and is not damaged

- Supplied with all original cards, labels and accessories

- Including original (plastic) packaging

- An invoice or order reference is included in the return shipment (written note with name and order number is also allowed)

- When multiple items were ordered, each item must be in the correct packaging

Send the product in, for example, a box to prevent damage during transport. Returns will be processed and refunded within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt.
